St. Louis Pet Rescue depends solely on the support and generosity from donors and the surrounding community. We do ask that donations be new or gently used, clean and free of any pet excretions.
For your convenience we also have a wishlist on Amazon.com. You can order items and they will be directly delivered to us.
Crates
Wire crates are preferred, and are accepted in new or gently used condition. Right now, we could really use small (24″), large (42″) and extra large (48″) crates.
Food
To keep our pets’ diets consistent, and to keep up with the unfortunate pet food recalls, STLPR only feeds Purina ONE, ProPlan and grain-free foods. Purina ONE is sold at Petco, Petsmart, Sams’s Club, Target, and Walmart. ProPlan and grain-free foods are available at local pet stores and feed suppliers.
Gift Cards
Gift cards to Office Max, Office Depot, Petco or Petsmart are always helpful.
Grooming/Flea Prevention
We could always use Veterinary grade medicated pet or puppy shampoo, Revolution, Advantage Multi, and other pet hygiene products.
Miscellaneous
We can always use new or gently used leashes, bleach, paper towels, stainless steel food bowls, blankets, towels, unopened cat litter, litter boxes, plastic dog houses, Nylabones, Kong toys Kuranda beds for boarded animals, cat and dogs beds, and cat toys.
